Grass-fed beef comes from cattle that graze naturally on pasture, resulting in leaner meat with higher omega-3s and better overall nutrition. At Lake Audy Meats, we focus on locally raised, grass-fed beef for superior quality and health benefits. Grain-fed beef, on the other hand, is typically higher in fat and may have a different flavor profile. Both options are available to meet diverse customer preferences.

Our meats are local, ethically raised, naturally preserved, and delivered directly to your door — no mystery meat, no middlemen.

No Returns on Perishable Products
Due to health regulations and food-safety protocols, we cannot accept meat back into our facility once it has left our control. This policy protects all customers and ensures the safety and integrity of every product we sell.
Quality Assurance at Delivery
All products leave our facility in a frozen or temperature-controlled state. Once delivered, the handling, freezing, storage, and cooking of the meat are the responsibility of the customer. Improper storage (such as overfilling a freezer, fluctuating temperatures, or extended thawing times) can impact quality and safety. Lake Audy Meats is not responsible for spoilage caused by post-delivery handling.
Reporting an Issue
If you believe there is a legitimate quality concern with your order:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue.
In rare cases, we may request supporting documentation.
We investigate each concern individually. Fraudulent claims, including attempts to receive refunds for fully consumed products, will not be honoured.
Chargebacks & False Claims
We maintain records of delivery times, temperatures, packaging, and product condition. Attempts to file a false chargeback or claim after consuming the majority or entirety of the product will be disputed with full supporting evidence.
